Beauty Boss Club was founded by Montré Moore to empower beauty entrepreneurs. Ultimately, becoming home to the new faces of entrepreneurship.

Montré is a self-proclaimed "Beauty Boss," and Co-founder of AMP Beauty LA—experienced in managing prestige beauty for companies like Neiman Marcus, Target and Revolve. She is an alumna of Clark Atlanta University and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, where she received degrees in PR and Beauty Industry Management.

Inspired by the beauty community and the necessary commitment to creating meaningful change in the world today, Beauty Boss Club is focused on helping beauty businesses seeking to make a broader social, economic, and/or environmental impact.

Montré brings nearly two decades of experience in the retail industry with an extensive background and knowledge of fundraising, beauty business strategy, and sales.

Kyra is leading the charge to empower women everywhere! Her mission is to help women enhance their health, beauty, and confidence to achieve their personal best.

Growing up with three sisters, Kyra’s passion for health and beauty began early in life. Kyra believes, when one feels and looks their best, they can take on any challenge. In 2018, Kyra received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, from Michigan State University. Kyra is a Registered Nurse with over 4 years of experience in the medical field, spanning across outpatient care at Cedars Sinai, to the Operating Room at UCLA.

Kyra is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to Beauty Boss Club, by providing members with access to educational resources and support. Kyra regularly hosts Beauty Boss Club workshops, where she educates on the importance of clean and natural beauty and its impact on health. Kyra prides herself on being an advocate for policy improvement, clean and natural ingredients, and women’s rights. Kyra looks forward to helping others discover their own inner beauty, as she leads them on their journey to health and wellness.
